Mirzam makes all of its chocolate in-house at its factory in Al Quoz, which also has a cafe where you can grab some hot chocolate and shop for all of their single-origin chocolate. Kathy shares how they work with their chocolate producers as well as a number of artists who contribute to their wrappers, and they close out with a delicious chocolate tasting.
